We are looking to add a talented web/application developer to our Playground family. You're a multi-talented, creative collaborator who understands the need to innovate and believes that code is poetry. As part of one of our core creative teams, you'll be great at generating ideas and contributing to the ideas of others, and have a passion for knowledge and developing new skills.

We're looking for someone with strong ideas that have a digital soul. You're someone that takes big ideas and encourages them to live in the digital space. You demonstrate an impressive level of competence with traditional design principles, typography, illustration and photography. If there were a Guitar Hero for Photoshop keyboard shortcuts you'd be able to play Through The Fire and Flames on expert.
Your portfolio should be filled with jaw-dropping web site and application concepts as well as an immaculate level of execution. Show us your process, strong pen and paper thinking is a lot harder to learn than a pirated piece of software. A book that demonstrates that you're comfortable working in deeply complex, dynamic sites that demand a high level of organization would be beneficial. Also let us know about how much you love to go to the beach or wade through craigslist looking for deals on vintage camera equipment. You're awesome and interesting, make sure we know about it.
